# Why was I signed out of LocateStore?

For security, LocateStore signs you out of the dashboard 15 days after you sign
in. Simply sign in again with Google to continue.



The Google Sheets add-on keeps you signed in for longer and renews your sign-in
automatically. If an add-on action fails once, try it again. The second attempt
will work.



Note



Signing out never deletes your data. Your store locators, settings and Google
Sheets are unaffected.
