How to change the language of Store Locator?

This article is about the public store locator — the labels, buttons and search box your visitors see. It does not change the LocateStore dashboard you work in. For that, see How to change the language of your LocateStore dashboard?

LocateStore supports all languages. You can translate the store locator into any language you need, and there is a dropdown of preset languages for the common ones.

Open the Translations settings

Access your LocateStore Dashboard > Settings > Translations. Translate manually by typing in the labels, or choose a preset from the dropdown menu. Once you're done, click Save changes.

Note

  • Each store locator is set to a single language. If you need two languages, create a second store locator.

  • The preset dropdown offers: English, Português, Español, Français, Italiano, Deutsche, Nederlands, Filipino, Indonesian, 简体中文, عربى.

  • Filipino store locators show map labels, such as street and city names, in English.

  • For any language outside the preset list, simply edit the labels yourself in the settings above.
