Sometimes automatic update will not work when you are copy pasting multiple items into the sheet. In that scenario, if coordinates are not automatically generated, you can access your LocateStore Dashboard > Stores and click on Force Sync Locator Sheet to generate coordinates as needed.
After a sheet update, the dashboard shows a Sheet synced successfully message.
When you do not need force sync
If your store locator is showing an error because of a problem in the sheet, such as a missing column, you do not need to force sync. Once the sheet is fixed, the store locator recovers on its own and loads correctly the next time it is opened.
Tip
If you are not using the dashboard but instead using the LocateStore add-on to create your storelocator, then there also we have an equivalent of the force sync button. It is called Bulk Update.
