How to add store locator as a widget on your website?

You can embed your store locator as a floating widget on your website. This guide shows you how to configure the widget and add it to your site.

Open Widget Settings

Log in to your LocateStore dashboard, open the store locator you want to embed, and click Share. Then, select the Widget tab. From this page, you can configure the widget and copy the embed code for your website.

Configuration

The Widget Display setting determines how the store locator opens when visitors click the widget button. Select Modal to display the store locator in a full-screen overlay, or choose Pop-up to open it in a smaller window anchored to the widget button.

Use the Widget Position setting to choose whether the widget button appears on the left or right side of your website.

The Widget Button Text field lets you change the label displayed on the widget button. You can use any text that fits your website.

Copy the Embed Code

Once you've finished configuring the widget, copy the embed code and paste it into your website where you want the widget to appear. After the code has been added, visitors will be able to open your store locator directly from the widget button.

Note

If the widget does not appear:

• Make sure the embed code was copied completely.

• Check that your website changes were published.

• Clear your website cache and refresh the page.

• Confirm that the widget is enabled in LocateStore.
