These terms and conditions govern your use of LocateStore, a product of Micro.company. By using LocateStore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
LocateStore allows you to create a store locator powered by a Google Sheet. Your store data resides in your own Google Sheet, hosted by Google. LocateStore only accesses the specific Google Sheet that you authorize to power your store locator. Managing your Google Sheet - including the accuracy and security of its contents - is your responsibility.
We are constantly improving our Service. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality you rely on, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code unless applicable law permits you to do so.
Certain features of LocateStore require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. We may change our pricing at any time with prior notice via our website or email.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If payment is overdue, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service, which may result in loss of your configuration data.
Your store data lives in your Google Sheet. We do not own your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Google Sheet. If you delete your LocateStore account, we will remove your configuration data from our systems. Your Google Sheet remains yours and is unaffected.
LocateStore and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Micro.company. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not republish, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
If we reasonably believe that content associated with your account breaches these terms, violates applicable law, or could harm other users or third parties, we reserve the right to remove that content or restrict access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
You are free to stop using LocateStore at any time. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, please contact us.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micro.company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micro.company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Micro.company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the Service. If you continue to use LocateStore after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
